The transcript uses 0.1 of a minute for each minute of video and each translation about 1, so a 1-minute video with one translation uses 1.1 minutes. A translation that's ready in about an hour uses half as much. Translations are charged by the amount of text, so a song with few words uses less. You always see the price before anything starts, and you're never charged more. Watching videos already in the library, and transcribing or translating by hand, are free.
